We want to give you control over your data. This means you can delete your account yourself from within the app.


Go to the Parent’s Area, then to the Settings tab (second tab at the top). When you scroll down you will see how to manage your Privacy options. Go to the tab “delete my data” and to delete all your personal data, click the red button “Delete data”. Please read the notices carefully about the effect this will have, as this will disable the app (which cannot operate without your child’s progress data). 


You will be asked to confirm if you want to delete your data, when you click “YES” all your data, including the progress data from the child using will be deleted and cannot be recovered.


Managing your subscription:


Please note that you will have to cancel your subscription directly with Apple when you delete the app or delete your account.


Do to this, just go into the AppStore > tap on your Apple ID > Subscriptions. You will find GoLexic among your paid subscriptions and see your next billing date. You can cancel your subscription from there.
