Please note that you need to accept the prompt to allow the app to use the microphone the first time you use the app. If you want to check if the app is allowed to use your device’s microphone, go to your device’s Settings > Privacy > Microphone and find GoLexic in the list of apps: make sure the slider is selected (= green).

If the microphone is enabled, and the app is still not recognizing any sound, please send us an email at support@golexic.com and let us know: 

  • what is the iPad model you are using
  • what iOS version your iPad is running
  • if this is the first time it happens

and we will help you resolve it!
